‘Won’t Agree To Hamas Deal At Any Price’: Hostages’ Families Dismayed By Netanyahu’s Rhetoric

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has bluntly told the protesting families of hostages held in Gaza that he won’t agree to any deal with Hamas at any price. He said that he won’t agree to a hostage release deal if it threatens Israel’s security. He also reportedly refused a request that all hostages be released together instead of in phases. Channel 12 news reported the inside details from the meeting between Netanyahu and 18 representatives of the hostages’ families. Later, Netanyahu said that Israel has red lines and it won’t halt the war for hostages in a video statement. Hamas is currently studying a new hostage release proposal hatched in Paris by American, Egyptian and Qatari interlocutors and agreed to by Israel on Sunday. Watch for more details.
